I recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to make sure your preferred date and time are available — especially during busy seasons like spring blossoms or autumn leaves.

Yes — a small retainer secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life is unpredictable! If something comes up, just let me know as soon as you can. Your deposit can be moved to your new date.

How long does a typical session last?

Most sessions are between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on what we’re photographing. Events can be booked for longer coverage.

Can I choose the location?

Absolutely! I can recommend some great spots or we can shoot somewhere meaningful to you — like your home or a special outdoor location.

Do you provide props or outfits?

For certain sessions like cake smashes, I have a small selection of props. Outfits are client-provided, but I’m happy to share tips on what photographs beautifully.

What’s included in your photography packages?

Every package includes high-resolution, edited images delivered via a private online gallery. Some also include prints or keepsake albums.

Do you charge extra for travel?

Travel within 20 miles is included. If your location is farther, there may be a small travel fee.

Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes! Seasonal mini sessions — like cherry blossoms, fall colors, or sunflower fields — happen at select times each year.

When will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive your edited images within 2–3 weeks after your session. We always try our very best to deliver them sooner, because we know how excited you’ll be to share these moments with your family and friends.

How will I get my images?

All images are delivered through a private online gallery. From there, you can download, share, and order prints.

Will my images be retouched?

Yes — every image is edited for light, color, and overall style, with gentle retouching for skin and small distractions.

What if my child doesn’t sit still?

That’s perfectly fine — I work at their pace. Sessions are fun, relaxed, and designed to capture real, natural moments.

Do you photograph pets?

Yes! Pets are always welcome. Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

What if it rains on our outdoor session day?

We can reschedule or switch to an indoor location. I always have a backup plan for the weather.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable — traffic, a flat tire, or a sudden emergency can happen to anyone.
If you’re running behind, please let us know as soon as possible.
Because we reserve your session time exclusively for you (and often travel or plan around natural light), delays or last-minute cancellations do affect the schedule.
- If you’re more than 15–20 minutes late, your session may be shortened to stay within the original time slot.
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another client.
- One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late reschedules will incur a small fee.
- For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the session fee is non-refundable, though a partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
